The Lleyn Ewe
Lleyn sheep originate from the Lleyn peninsula in Wales and until recently were a relatively unfamiliar breed of sheep in the UK.

Our free range Sheep, at Haven Farm have been carefully selected to endure the outdoor conditions and climate and to ensure the best free range quality lamb.

The sheep are allowed to freely roam over the lush clover filled pasture land from season to season and are given the freedom to grow at their own natural speed.  The sheep are outside all year round and brought inside for a limited period of time during lambing, to enable us to keep a close eye on the new arrivals. Not all of the sheep will need to come inside.  During the winter months and coming up to lambing time, their daily diet is supplemented with natural molasses, to give them the extra boost they need.
